The Sovereign's Journey –

How To Work With

The King, Warrior, Magician, Lover

On today's podcast we go deep into working with the archetypes. How do we move from the Hero's Journey, more for the transition from boyhood/ girlhood to early manhood/ womanhood to the Sovereign's Journey, for the maturing adult?

What are the ways that we can work with the archetypes?

How do we bring our inner King and Queen online, also known as the Sovereign?

A really fascinating discussion with one of the UK's leading men's work coaches and facilitators.

PLEASE NOTE: that in the first 20 minutes of this podcast the image of Hugh freezes but the audio is perfect. Hugh was sharing some really valuable information so I chose not to interrupt him.

  4. What are the archetypes? (P. 25)
  5. What is the collective unconscious?
  6. What is the role of the King or the Sovereign?
  7. Could you please speak a little about why getting to know your shadows are so important? How does that help us (p. 26)
  8. What are some of the practices to help us connect to each of the archetypes in their fullness?
  9. Could you please share some of your boarding school experiences? How was boarding school in Rhodesia?
  10. How do people learn more about your work or reach out?
